Will’s Performance – Warranty & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Will’s Performance. We take immense pride in our mobile automotive services. To ensure transparency and protect both our business and our customers, the following terms govern all services, repairs, and parts provided by Will’s Performance. By authorizing work, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales and services are final. Will’s Performance does not offer cash, credit card, or check refunds for any completed labor, diagnostics, mobile call-out fees, or installed parts under any circumstances. If an issue arises with a repair, it will be handled strictly according to the repair warranty guidelines outlined below.

2. Limited Service & Labor Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

  • Coverage: Will’s Performance provides a 30 day or 500 mile warranty (whichever comes first) on labor and services performed directly by our technicians. This is separate from our parts warranty.

  • Remedy: If a verified defect in our workmanship occurs within this window, Will’s Performance will correct the specific labor service at no additional charge to the customer.

  • Location: Because we are a mobile service, warranty labor repairs must be scheduled and performed within our designated Hampden County and surrounding service area.

3. Parts Warranty (OEM Only)

We strictly limit our parts warranty coverage based on the type of components used in the repair:

  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Parts: Parts purchased and supplied by Will’s Performance directly from an authorized OEM dealer are covered strictly by the manufacturer’s specific warranty terms. Will’s Performance will assist the customer in executing a manufacturer parts warranty claim, and labor to replace a failed OEM part will be covered only if it falls within our Labor Warranty window.

  • Aftermarket Parts: Will’s Performance offers NO WARRANTY on aftermarket, performance, or non-OEM parts, even if purchased and installed by us. Any warranty claims for aftermarket components must be taken up directly with the part manufacturer by the customer.

  • Customer-Supplied Parts: Will’s Performance EXCLUSIVELY EXCLUDES all warranties on parts provided by the customer unless parts are from an authorized original equipment manufacture parts retailer with proof of receipt.  We offer no warranty on the part itself, nor do we offer any labor warranty on the installation of customer-supplied parts. If a customer-supplied part fails, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with diagnostics, part replacement, and subsequent labor.

4. Warranty Exclusions and Voiding

This limited warranty is strictly void under the following conditions:

  • The vehicle is subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or tracking/racing.

  • The vehicle is modified or repaired by the customer or any third-party mechanic after Will’s Performance has completed the initial service.

  • The vehicle is driven with known severe symptoms (e.g., overheating, low oil pressure) that exacerbate the damage.

  • Commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, and rideshare vehicles are excluded from this standard warranty unless agreed upon in writing beforehand.

5. Limitation of Liability

Will’s Performance is a mobile service provider. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to: towing fees, rental car costs, loss of time, loss of wages, or storage fees resulting from a vehicle breakdown or delayed warranty service.

6. Multi-Point Inspection Agreement & Limitation of Liability

1. Scope of Inspection

Our multi-point inspection is a courtesy visual evaluation of accessible components only. It is designed to help identify obvious, visible wear and immediate maintenance needs. It does not involve disassembling components, computer module reprogramming, or extensive deep-dive diagnostics unless explicitly requested and billed as a separate service.

2. Snapshot in Time

Vehicles are complex machines, and mechanical or electrical parts can fail without warning. This inspection represents the condition of the vehicle only at the exact moment it was evaluated.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

  • Undetected Issues: While we make every professional effort to spot potential problems, Will’s Performance does not guarantee that every defect or upcoming failure will be identified.

  • Limitation of Liability: We offer no warranty or guarantee on any uninspected components or any issues missed during this visual check. By accepting this service, the customer agrees that Will’s Performance is not responsible or liable for any subsequent vehicle failures, hidden defects, or damages that occur after the inspection is completed.

Credit Card Authorization & Card on File

To facilitate our mobile services, Will’s Performance requires a valid credit card to be kept on file. All payment information is securely encrypted and hosted by Square; Will's Performance does not store your card details directly. By providing your payment information, you authorize Will’s Performance to charge the card on file for all approved diagnostics, maintenance, parts, labor, or call-out fees including applicable state required sales tax upon completion of service. After completion of service if you would like to remove your card on file, you must contact Will's Performance directly by email at, Service@willsperformance.com or by phone at (413)-400-9199.

Customer Acknowledgement By signing any service agreement, paying the invoice, or permitting Will’s Performance technicians to commence work on the vehicle, it is direct acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of this No-Refund and Limited Warranty Policy.
